HEARING  GOD

A workshop for everyone running from 10am to 12 noon at Well Street.

How can we hear God for ourselves?  How can we develop a passion for listening? How can the Church discern what God is saying to us? What does the Bible teach about the gift of prophecy?

Teaching from Rev. Steve Fisher, prayer, discussion    -   and cakes!

Everyone is welcome to this gentle exploration of a key topic.

Acts 2: 17 – 18; John 10: 1-6; 14 – 16; 1 Kings 19: 1 – 5; 9 – 18; 1 Corinthians 14: 1-5; 29 – 33

Traidcraft: fighting poverty through trade.

The next Traidcraft stall will be on Sunday September 14 at the Community Centre. Watch out for the new range of chocolate at a special introductory price. Holiday Club Feedback Meeting

For those of you who helped at either of the holiday club venues this year, there is the opportunity for you to share the highs, the lows,  the could we do... next years, and any other burning thoughts you have had about that week. Come along at 8.30pm to Well Street (Lower Hall) to let your thoughts out!  If you can't be there then please still let Chris, Kay or Stephen know your  feedback.

Holiday Club Follow-up Sessions

For this term only Starting Thurs 18th Sept a new kids club for all those who went to holiday club. There will be songs, games, crafts and lots of time to learn more about Jesus and what it means to be a Christian.
