People from Well Street United Church often invite students into their homes for food and friendship and this is a prime example of the caring nature of the church.
Students, especially from overseas, are often lonely, confused by being in a different country and may feel isolated. We can make a difference and help them settle into university life and enjoy their time in England.
To do this effectively we would like to establish a formal University Link so that we can be much more of a presence at the University, offer the students pastoral care and welcome more of them to our services.
